Do any other christians get choked up?

I know exactly what you mean. I am taking my first steps to becoming a Catholic. During Eucharist I sometimes go up for a blessing, since I am not allowed to participate yet, and the feeling is amazing. With every step I feel like I am getting closer to Christ Himself. The feeling of His presence grows the closer to the wine and host I get. Sometimes it is almost overwhelming.
