On neopets where can you buy the island paintbrush?

I have the money, now I just need to find the paint brush. I have a lupe, and was hoping to find an island or a baby, tyrannian, skunk, or spotted. I can't find any of them! I have looked at the marketplace, and tried the shop wizard, but i can only find like split color and christmas. I also can't find any good transforming potions. Are there any for cybunny? Does any body have a link or something to buy these things. (I have over 225,000 btw) I wanted island paint brush the most though
