My step-sister is trying to get back at me. She actually went to the local courthouse?

asked for my record and police reports.The courthouse gave her the information. Then she called up relatives and preceeded to read them the records and police reports!! My brother told me that she is doing this. I was wondering if this is even legal for her to do this? What about invasion of privacy laws? also defimation of character? Can the courthouse just freely give out this sort of information? I believe that this sort of thing s legal!! What can I do??? HELP!!!! She gives the term wicked step-sister a whole new meaning.
