My friend never answers or calls me?

you obviously need to find a better friend. she sees you as "the girl i can ask for advice" but at the same time you can't get advice from her. it sounds like she's using you and you need to move on hun. i don't think she cares what you're doing as long as your always available for HER. you can do so much better.
