How much ReptoMin SoftGel should an iguana get daily?

I normally feed my iguana Collards with some fruit cut up in there for some variety, but when I run out, I giive her the Reptomin Softgel till I get to the store to by her more food. There never was an actual "serving size" to give an iguana for the Reptomin Softgel. Okay, they say a small serving daily...but what is that exactly??? Can someone please help me on that? Concerned Ig lover.
