Replacing Green card?

You need to reapply for another immigrant visa. Your dad must petition you with a I-130. After you get the notice of approval, you will file the forms requested in the instruction packet. How long you have to wait for a visa depends on whether your dad is a US citizen or green card holder and your age and marital status, less than a year if you're under 21 and unmarried to several years if you're 21 and older and/or married.
