Funky period then no period?

In Feb I had a funky period gross I know but dark an gewwey so thought it was af. The next two days light an pink brown when I wiped took a test an it was neg. didn't think any thing of it but its now the end of march an no af!!! On Sunday I noticed my bbs were bigger an sore like after feeding an bigger today I woke up with tightening in my belly like I was in abe workouts in my sleep I know it sounds funny but I'm schraching my head here I have a yearly on the fourth but could I be pregnant? Me an bf have been plAying a lot ;)
