Makeup Tips-and other stuff?

Ok. A base is always a good plan. It helps the color to stick and to stay on all day. For a beginner, I would actually recommend the physicians formula baked collections. They have 3 colors in each, but they are neutral colors that are complimentary. Save colors for when you've done neutrals for awhile, otherwise you may end up looking badly. The medium color goes on the lid, the dark color on your crease, and the light color is the highlight. And, last tip, BLEND BLEND BLEND.
