Bull Mastiff cross Bull Arab?

How tall do they get & do the become viscious as they age or do they stay loyal? What are some activetys to keep the fit & healthy and also what foods are best for them? Dry food, wet food combination of both? Because mine seems to fart and get diareha when he eats anything but dry food. Anyway thanks in advance & any other inforation you could give would be appreciated :)
