How to have an easier time expressing myself?

A very cliche trick to building confidence is not caring about what people think of you. Trust me its hard to do at times but it most certainly works. Give people a little bit more attention baby steps at first bonds are somewhat hard to build. As for girls and what not just say hi and go from there it really doesn't matter what you say it only matters that you are speaking to them. Don't give girls too much at first though you've got to close the conversation at some time. Do what you feel like doing most importantly there are some many rules to the worlds nowadays. I think we even limit ourselves because of how society wants us to act. But hey there's no harm in giving in to what you want to do sometimes. Just worry about yourself because you won't ever know what people truly are thinking and you never will. :)
