Im having ear problems ?

well anout a motnh ago, i was playing my electric guitar while suddenly.. i heard ringing noise in my left ear and the tonality of all the noises around me dropped. i got scared and dropped my guitar. ever since ive been petrified of playing my guitar again because i already suffer from anxiety . my ears seem to pop evrytime i swallow, whistle, etc. on my way to vegas, when i was going up the mountains my ears were cloggong up in a n abnormal way. i dont have drainage coming out of my ear, no blood, no fever, nuthing except the popping noises and an occasional mild loss of hearing.. Do seem to have a ear disorder. if i do, could this be treated successfully ?
