Ladies, how do I get in touch with her again?

We're college students, and she's slightly older than me. I met her in a cl last fall, and we became friends. She gave me all the signs that she might be interested, but she just seemed really friendly around everyone, so I took it as she just wanted to be friends (which I am/was totally okay with). I studied with her a few times, and we had a few friend dates. At the end of the term she made me promise I'd stay in touch with her, and I held up the bargain as best as I could/ Maybe the most blatant clue I missed was that she mentioned that all her friends are getting married, and that she's still single, and not even in a relationship. After that time, I had waited about 10 days, and texted her, and got no response. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she was probably just busy with the normal grinds of college life, so I waited a couple of days before finally giving up hope. After that, I got into some complicated situations of my own, and my studies also consumed nearly all my time. She was always in the back of my mind, but I never actually tried to call her again. I haven't seen her in about 6 weeks now. I'd really like to get in touch again, even if just as friends, as she always seemed like a sister to me, and I enjoyed her company and I don't make friends with women very easily. Should I call her or text her, or just move on? We're still friends on facebook fwiw.
