Post-Decision Activity on my case status?

this is just the first half of the greencard application. The second half is called adjustment of status (when you get the actual greencard) and it depends a bit what country you are from. But if your sister sponsored you it takes currently about 10 years before you can do the next step. If you are from Mexico or the Philippines it will take even longer.
