What should I do about this guy?

I have never gone for the country type (horses and all that stuff) but I started emailing a guy online that responded to my personals ad. There is the problem of distance (200 miles) and all but I was trying to be open minded and give him a chance because everyone tells me I'm too picky. He immediately wanted to talk on the phone, which I am weary of but I gave him a chance and gave him my number. He always calls me when I am not home or am busy. I told him to call me today between a certain time and he went ahead and called me much earlier and seemed kinda disgusted that he can never reach me. I told him what time I was getting up and when he called I was still asleep. I also emailed him that I was headed out to work and he called me right that moment and said it seemed we were never going to get together. I had just told him I was leaving for work. He seems a little uncultured and is really beginning to turn me off as he can't seem to call when I ask him to.
