Why is Obama making it hard for people to afford new roofs on their homes?

He didn't really think that far. Quid pro quo usually isn't an intricate well-thought out process--also, they never have to cover their tracks, as their adoring minions will defend them to the death. He also managed to screw Canada to the wall with his "Buy American" bullcrap. Puts that into place--but he will shut down thousands of GM plants and IMPORT the cars from China. If someone can give me a reasonable answer as to why that remotely makes any sense--please, do indulge us.
