Wildly different, original, but delicious sauces for Mexican food Please let me know if you know of any!?
I would like to make an ortment of sauces for a Labor Day dinner that will revolve around a Mexican food. I would really like them to be something very different, but delicious, and not fall into the stereotypical salsa or nacho cheese sauce categories. Cream-based sauces come to mind. Ingredients like basil/pesto, wasabi, Shiracha asian hot sauce, bacon, etc. all come to mind, but I dont want to get this wrong. Has anyone ever had anything spectacular drizzled over their Mexican food that you can p along?
