Will there ever be snow at a world cup?

to me it doesn't seem like it because most places that have snow are north of the equator meaning that when the world cup is held it is summer in those places. so for there to be snow it would have to be in the southern hemisphere right? but i cant think of any country in the southern hemisphere that is a good candidate and has snow ( except new zeland) did fifa do this on purpose? and also are there any other countries you can think of that have snow during June-July and would be a likely candidate for a world cup host
