Y & R [Morning] Spoiler/Rumor. . .?

The writers evidently check this site and others where fans can voice opinions. The whole gay story line with Adam and his lawyer died very quickly and you don't see them adding to the Philip gay storyline- it's like they learned that HAVING gay characters is ok and realistic but most loyal viewers don't want to watch a gay storyline. So... that being said... why haven't they quit this insulting, disgusting Ashley storyline? Making Adam her love interest will just further annoy and turn off viewers- they'd be crazy!
