concrete is bad for the horses feet. to get proper ventilation you need intake and exhaust and you need to arrange this in a way that circulates the air evenly. if you have gable ends you could try installing an exhaust fan on one side and an intake vent on the other. metal buildings are notorious for this type of problem. keep addressing ventilation before you jeopardize your horses feet.
